Chief Executive Officer's Letter

April 30, 2019

Dear Participant,

Enclosed is your distribution and statement from the AFM and SAG-AFTRA Intellectual Property Rights Distribution Fund.  This distribution is for non-featured artist sound recording royalties and/or featured artist symphonic royalties.

These payments include U.S. royalties from 2007-2018 pursuant to the Digital Performance Right in Sound Recordings Act (DPRA) and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and various settlement payments for pre-72 recordings.

Please note that if you are receiving a paper check, it must be cashed before July 31, 2019.
Please consider signing up for direct deposit to ensure that you will receive your royalty payments in a timely and secure manner. It also eliminates the possibility of lost checks.

If you are receiving a payment, it means that you performed on one or more recordings that were broadcast in the aforementioned markets.
